Jacob was very helpful and kept me in the loop about my car and was very upfront about warranty coverage. 5 stars all the way around. The manager on the other hand gets one star. Instead of apologizing car and was very upfront about warranty coverage. 5 stars all the way around. The manager on the other hand gets one star. Instead of apologizing for my car not being ready, he placed blame on other employees and acted like I was a complete idiot for expecting my car to be ready when I was told. He offered no solutions or an apology. He possesses no managerial qualities and is very confused about what customer service is. More

One of the tire sensors was not working, The service department was able to find the part quickly and replace it when checking the other four they found that I second sensor was out. Everything was cove department was able to find the part quickly and replace it when checking the other four they found that I second sensor was out. Everything was covered under the warranty.
