We had a bad experience with Shottenkirk. Brought in my Lincoln MKX on a Monday to fix my left front headlight. They said it was fixed. I drove that evening and they were not working. We were told to wait until the guy who understands the electronics on our vehicle arrived. He did come in and my husband had to walk in the back to see our car parked and unattended to. It finally got pulled into the garage and they discovered the light was not installed correctly. Fixed it and it works now. To his credit, your service manager was very honest with us and apologized. He said the first technician did not install the bulb correctly. We waited way too long for this fix. Over two hours. More
