I had my first service for my 2022 Maverick Hybrid performed at the Shottenkirk Ford dealership in Granbury. My car passed all of the diagnostics and inspections easily and I was given that status by performed at the Shottenkirk Ford dealership in Granbury. I was then told that the oil and filter change, lube and tire rotation would be completed in a short time. In less than an hour I was told that my vehicle was complete and would be delivered to me if I wished. I accepted the offer since I had no other transportation and Dave and a second service employee were at my home with my Maverick in no more than ten minutes. I don't know of any way that this auto service experience could be improved. Oh, and by the way, thanks to Ford I was able to pay for it with my Ford points from the Redeem points program! More
