Forced to buy an extended warranty that supposedly covers tires , wheels,paint & windshield. They wanted 1,995 dollars for it . They dropped to 995 when I told them I didn’t want it. The price for the truck on the internet was 33,500 no mention of having to purchase a warranty that cost 1,995. So the real price was 35,495.I complained enough they did drop the price & gave me a little more for my trade.just didn’t like the hidden cost that you don’t find out about until you go there and try to buy a vehicle. The warranty is only good for 12 months. I only paid 2,500 for a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty on the truck I traded in. More

I brought in expedition with 12000 miles and part of the roof rack blew off. When part came in set appointment to bring in and found out they did not order all the parts and took two weeks to get back and t roof rack blew off.
