Firstly, they put the wrong oil in my truck and then had to drain it and add full synthetic. Spilled oil all over my engine. I drove home and had a massive puddle in my driveway as the half assed put the to drain it and add full synthetic. Spilled oil all over my engine. It’s not like they were busy, as most of them were outside smoking. No excuse for xxxxty service. I won’t be going back, and I’ll purchase my next truck somewhere else. More

My sales person was very friendly and tried to work with me as much as possible. The mandatory dealer add-ons and required in-house financing company are a deal breaker though. Probably not the best place to go for a used car. Advertised price is good, but you have to a thorough check on the vehicle yourself. It was certainly not a full disclosure exchange. Check everything. More
