Two visits ago the sticker on the corner of the drivers windshield was not changed. I was assured all was checked and was offered to change the sticker, not to check everything. A few weeks later I had to windshield was not changed. I was assured all was checked and was offered to change the sticker, not to check everything. A few weeks later I had to buy a new battery. Was the battery really checked? Last week you repaired a transmission problem. When I picked up my Expedition the battery was dead (lights were left on), running boards were locked closed (l had them locked open by you last year) and windshield was cracked. Not happy More
I went to purchase a car that was advertised 8000 and some change. They raised the price 4000 for reconditioning which they only did less than $500 worth of repairs. I put 3000 down and they charged me 3000 for a warranty that only lasted a year. Somehow I’m Financing for over 19,000. I asked them to explain it to me how that is accurate and they talked to me like I was dumb. Since I drove off, there is nothing that they will do Finance wise, or repair wise. I have had a horrible popping noise that comes and goes. As soon as I heard it, I called them and was on the phone on hold for over an hour to try to get service. No answer and no call back. I recommend to stay far away from all the Shottenkirk businesses in Granbury. More

If an automated text is sent that says “you can text anytime you have a question” and there is never any response to the question, then you need to make that text system is working or not use it. When the customer calls to check if their truck is ready, yes or no question, don’t leave them on hold for 20 minutes. When the customer calls back with the same question and is told that they will call right back and then has to call back 30 minutes later with the same simple yes or no questions, it can be a little frustrating. More
