George was attentive, explained everything that would be done, how, why, when it would new ready, etc, etc. He made our stay(wait) very pleasant. One of my favorite parts was seeing Craig sit in that Ford Focus with Taryn for over 30 minutes explaining the features, programming stuff, and giving her his business card to keep in her car Incase of emergencies or maintenance issues.
