The sales team are unprofessional! I do not know how they got my phone number, but talk about gaslighting, unprofessionalism and down right disrespectful!! They have been told twice to delete my number and instead of apologizing, they say “well my records say that this is the first time I have called you.” Then, when I finally talk to a “supervisor” he too tried to interrupt me, talk over me, gaslight me and tell me they did not call back to back. (Would call 5/4 times in a row! In the middle of the day while in work meetings.) Well, my phone records say differently! Either you need to learn and teach professional phone etiquette and customer service, or you all need a new phone software program! Needless to say, the phone call harassment better stop! More
