This has been the worst experience of my life. I will NEVER come here again and I will spend the rest of my life telling people how horrible this place is. I drove four hours for a car here becaus I will NEVER come here again and I will spend the rest of my life telling people how horrible this place is. I drove four hours for a car here because they refused to do anything over the phone like most dealers will, which that’s fine whatever. I get there and it starts immediately, they had this car deeply marked down and immediately tried to tack on $20,000. $20,000!! So I spent hours arguing with them. Several thousand for a low jack I don’t want, $1,000 document fee, $1,099 listing fee, $1,000 door protection, didn’t apply the $7,000 rebate, on and on and on. And some stuff they just refused to remove because they said it was priced so low. Then don’t price it that low? But you did so to bait someone in and screw them. So we finally come to terms after hours of this back and forth. Then I get to finance. They try to hit me with an 11% rate. I said I have financing for 5.5% so then oh okay well do 5.5%. They say GAP is some percent of the purchase price and that’s state law and tell me it’s going to be $3000. I say absolutely not so then oh okay well we can give it to you for $800. So then how is that state law? After all this I finally get signed, which I should have just left as soon as they put down that first paper with all those mark ups. Now it’s been three months and after multiple calls and texts and voicemails I have yet to get my financial paperwork. So I still don’t have my paperwork and can’t cancel my old service contract to get my money back. Now I think- what if I was some little old lady? Or someone who doesn’t know that they can add on all these costs or give you a high interest rate and someone just believe they are acting in good faith? I get all dealerships pull some shenanigans but this was atrocious. I can’t imagine how many unsuspecting people they’ve been able to just screw. There are so many other places that will treat you better, please for your own sake go somewhere else. PS Denise was very nice and helpful, but that in itself doesn’t negate everything else that has happened. More

Great experience, my service advisor Melissa Cates was very knowledgeable and helpful. They came and jump started my vehicle at the house, brought it to the dealership and replaced the batteries and del very knowledgeable and helpful. They came and jump started my vehicle at the house, brought it to the dealership and replaced the batteries and delivered it back to me (free of charge for the valet portion) so I was able to keep my tee time and golfer while they worked on the truck then delivered it back to me. What a superb service! More
