Scott aka Duck was very very friendly and an all around good salesman. He didn't force me to buy it. The process from start to finish was very pleseant. Albert was so patience and kind during the financial process and allowed us to have time to think about our options and decisions. They even held the vehicle we wanted until we were able to bring back our trade-in. They helped us get into the price range we wanted.
