Took car in on Thursday night with a sluggish issue, key fob set up and clicking in front end. Key fob was done, front end nothing and sluggish issue nothing. I had to call on Saturday because know one from your place had called on my vehicle, as I find out my car as it was still sitting up there. The worst part was the only communication from your place was to buy my car. When an appointment is set you may want to have the car repaired or at least communicate with the owner if can’t be serviced. More

I was coerced into buying one like it but without all the options the first truck had. I am furious with the bait and switch tactic they used. The first truck I wanted is still there and still for sale. Be warned folks, either go to another dealership or stand your ground and don't get taken like I was. More
