Third vehicle in three years and seemed like all they cared about was the money. Won't buy again. Salesman "Bear" was great, but everyone could care less about customer care. cared about was the money. Won't buy again. Salesman "Bear" was great, but everyone could care less about customer care. We decided to trade In our vehicle and trusted the dealer to have a dealer trade back within a few days after being told that would be the case. That didn’t happen and no communication happened either regarding the initial dealer trade and the extended period of time that it was taking for it to show up. I decided to drive back early and take the wheels off our trade in due to the dealer not wanting to purchase them when we traded it in (they listed the vehicle with the wheels on that looks unprofessional to me the seller). I decided to drive back to take the wheels off and swap them with the other set of wheels that were in my possession before the vehicle sold. This was about a week after the Initial trade in. The next day, we receive notification that “our” vehicle had arrived. When we arrived to pick it up, the GM notifys us that it has more options but he’s “gonna eat it” due to the time frame issue. When we walk outside to view it, we noticed that the dealer decided to trade for a different vehicle with the wrong trim. This was very upsetting considering that no one reached out to us regarding the initial vehicle showing up in the mentioned timeline. We were told conflicting story’s why the first vehicle was not traded for which made us more upset (we do not appreciate people lying to us). We were also upset that the dealer would just trade for another vehicle even though we specifically said no to the high altitude trim on a white vehicle to our sales rep. The nerve that the dealer had regarding switching vehicles on is without our approval almost caused us to cancel the whole purchase. We eventually located another vehicle that was to our specifications plus more options on that same day and gave the green light to have it purchased. We were told that it should show up in 5-7 days which it did. We ended up getting our jeep that we wanted after almost a three week ordeal and 5 trips to the dealer that took us around 15 hours of drive time. One word comes to mind where the entire sales staff failed …communication! In owning close to 40 vehicles in my lifetime, this is the worst purchase experience I’ve had on a vehicle. The saving grace for the Gm was, allowing us to have a vehicle to drive during this time. More
These guys are a legal walking nightmare of scam artist. They misrepresent their most expensive vehicles by telling you they have features they do not (William who works part time at there and Longhorns).Thi They misrepresent their most expensive vehicles by telling you they have features they do not (William who works part time at there and Longhorns). This is while they are taking your fully loaded vehicle out from under you on a trade. Then they get their sales manager Jason involved to tell you they will make their mistake right only to have weeks go by of zero action. At that point they loop in the GM (Albert) who tries to act clueless and then refuses to do what his staff has promised in writing. The good news is that when dealerships such as this break the law they can be held accountable in the legal system. More
