Disappointed in my experience. I found my dream truck online i called and confirmed that it was still there and the advertised price was correct and it was. The next day (saturday) i drove 6hrs one way w online i called and confirmed that it was still there and the advertised price was correct and it was. The next day (saturday) i drove 6hrs one way with cash in hand to bring my dream truck home. I get there and loved the truck pictures didnt do any justice. Go to make a deal and they had 3 fees that i wasnt willing to pay. $160 for nitrogen in the tires. The truck had less than 5k miles and came out factory with nitro. $1510 for detailing (what) thats crazy where im from a full inside and outside detail job maximum is like $500 and thats on a dirty vehicle this truck is basically new. And a $550 fee that no body could tell me what it was. So i asked them to wipe off those 3 fees and we could work out a deal. His exact words were (we are the best salesman in this part of the country we dont drop our prices. If i dropped my prices we would sell everything we have and be rolling in money) and my thoughts were if i was a salesman i would love to sell everything and be rolling in money so i asked him if he had any wiggle room at all. He said absolutely not with a real cocky attitude. So i walked out and drove 6hrs home More

I called ahead & talked with Ryan about getting an appointment at 2pm. Ryan assure me I didn't need appointment. It was 4:30 before I was able to get there. The bays were all full & place was packed people getting ready for jeepfest. I was Meet as soon as I pulled in the lot at my Jeep, then in walked in the service office. Ryan Welcomed me in saying I spoke with you Eric on the phone correct? Ryan handled everything then can found me to sign as I socialized in the waiting room with Jeep fest customer. 1hr 15min Ryan called me my as I was shopping for Jeep Mats telling me my Jeep was ready to go.
