I had an entire appointment scheduled with the work I needed done only to arrive and be told it’s a 5 day eta to get my car back just to even do a diagnostics on it. On top of that, the lady I worked with seemed to have no compassion or empathy for my frustration and had more of an it is what it is attitude. Lastly, I just did the oil change and told this service advisor that I had the coupon for it to be $60 and I even showed her and then when I go to pay it wasn’t added to my deal. There should be a proactive way to let customers know how long certain things will take so we are not scheduling appointments only to be told it’ll be a week until we even can confirm what the problem is. I can go to any other service center and get more efficient service.
