Service for warrant work was going to take 8-10 days before they could diagnose the issue. After setting an appointment and do not offer loaner. That’s terrible. More

Car was supposed to take 2-3 days for brakes. Car sat from Monday- Thursday with nothing done. Was then told it could take 5 days. Waste of time. Picked up vehicle to take somewhere else. More

Yea no the complementary car wash will not fix my overheating transmission... on a vehicle ive only had gor 2 years. Its not specifically heather. Its whoever answers the phone in service.
