After 11 Days of poor communication and avoiding phone calls from service Team. I was told on Saturday that the NEW tires on my vehicle (when purchased) were in the previous owners name there for Shottenkirk would not be able to warranty the tires. How are tires that Shottenkirk put on my vehicle still in a previous owners name?? For 11 days the team of Whitney (new sales), Will, Chris, and Brandon in the “Service” department have ALL avoided communication with me while I had a vehicle with a leak in a tire that was not driveable. With zero accountability and no one willing to communicate I am confident this behavior will continue at Shottenkirk Prosper. Buyer Beware Carry on “Service” Team, this one was handled in very poor form, and everyone involved knows it! On to the next Customer Kyle Caple
