Vehicle was at service department for one week with no work completed on it. I understand that a part arriving damaged is out of your control, but the lack of communication is in your control. It is unfortunate that a Shottenkirk technician damaged our vehicle while in your care, but this needs to be addressed, as it has been over 3 weeks since our vehicle was returned to us damaged. We still have not received a call back from the service department since we picked up the vehicle around 9AM. We were promised a call at the dealership and a call back after we called the service department at 11AM. I want an answer on when our vehicle will be repaired and the other concerns will be addressed. More
