A 3 to 5 day diagnostic period and no loaner car availability is inconvenient, frustrating, and ridiculous. I’ll never go here again! I took my car for 1 issue & they created other issues, such as forgetting to put on the cap on my coolant! All coolant spilt out causing my car to overheat! & also I had to replace my battery that was only 2months old ..these guys took zero responsibility! & they didn’t even fix the original issue I had! I refuse to pay over 2500 for a something that doesn’t cost that much..I’m glad I went to ‘prosper automotive’ I paid about $350 total, with parts & labor. How do you compare 2500 to 350. lol….unless you are under warranty, don’t go here!!! More

Took my Jeep Wrangler JL in for service. Technician said it should take about 2-2 1/2 hours since they were busy. I was in and and about in about an himoir and a half.
