Service for oil change was fine. Was told had a bad rear shock. I asked if it was safe to drive. Was told no. But no loaner vehicle offered, while i was wait for the part to come in. Location right off of 380 is horrible. I'm afraid I'm going to get in an accident every time I go there. I've been going for oil changes for two years only because they offer these great 3 I'm afraid I'm going to get in an accident every time I go there. I've been going for oil changes for two years only because they offer these great 3 oil change packages. However, it takes 1.5 to 2 hours for the oil change!!! The last time I went I waited 2 hours only to find out my truck had been done for quite some time but the service advisor failed to come tell me. Scheduling appointments is difficult. Seems every single thing you bring your vehicle in for requires an appointment. I needed my driver side mirror repaired so I made the appointment using the online system. I stated in the additional services that this is what I needed. However, when I brought my truck in the service advisor told me I needed to set up another appointment for it! I was finally able to get my truck in to have the mirror repaired. Fortunately, I have a good warranty through my bank so didn't have to pay the $1000 to replace the mirror. The job only took an hour based on Shottenkirk's estimate (0.9 hrs). However, they couldn't "schedule" the appointment and required me to drop off the truck. So, I was without my truck for the day, which was fine. Unfortunately, when I picked up my truck the mirror wasn't installed correctly. They have a shuttle driver who happened to be there when I picked up my truck. He proceeded to argue with me that the mirror was installed correctly. He compared it to the passenger side and claimed they looked the same. Any normal person could see that wasn't true as the driver mirror had a huge gap between the mirror and door. The service advisor asked a tech to take a look. He confirmed that it wasn't installed correctly and said it would require a new mirror, so I asked if it was a defect. This is the most shocking thing that happened. The tech responded by saying, "I didn't work on it. But it's either a defect or the tech just hurried through the job." Are you serious?!! Why should I trust my vehicle to technicians who hurry through their job? I hate the fact that I have to bring my truck back to them to get the mirror replaced. Not only do I have to deal with the deadly traffic of 380 I am now worried that my vehicle won't be serviced correctly and I'll have to repeat the process or worse! One last, and relatively minor, thing. When I dropped off my truck the service advisor asked if I'd like to have the truck washed. When I picked it up it wasn't washed. I had to ask them to do it. This after waiting a day to get my truck only to find out the mirror wasn't replaced properly. More
