Unfortunately what started out as a 5 star experience has turned negative. I went to the dealership about a month ago to potentially purchase a used F-150 they had. Liked the truck and decided to buy. Prior turned negative. I went to the dealership about a month ago to potentially purchase a used F-150 they had. Liked the truck and decided to buy. Prior to going back to discuss pricing I noticed that they keyless entry buttons on the key weren't working, and they took it to replace the battery. Got a good price on the truck, got paperwork signed and met my salesman (Abraham) out by the truck. He had the key, and unfortunately it still was not working to lock or unlock the doors with the keyless entry buttons. Abraham got a Sales Manager to come out who promised me they would get a new key made for me at their expense. I was to follow up with Abraham on a date/time to come in and get that taken care of. Drove off the lot very happy! Unfortunately that's where it ended. After a few weeks of trying to contact Abraham and a number of Sales Managers, they have decided to "ghost" me. Emails I send and phone calls I make are not returned, and it now seems clear that they just told me what I wanted to hear to get me off the lot. I would have happily recommended this dealership to anyone based on my initial experience, however, based on their inability to deliver on what they promised I cannot in good faith recommend anyone do business there. More

Couple of months ago had questions about my truck. The guys there took me back to the head mechanic which answered all my questions. I just had a problem with my wife’s mini van they got it in and out the guys there took me back to the head mechanic which answered all my questions. I have been going to Frisco CDJR for service on my Ram tricks however I felt they were taking advantage of me. No matter what they did it seemed that more was needed. When I tried Prosper CDJR It surpri tricks however I felt they were taking advantage of me. No matter what they did it seemed that more was needed. When I tried Prosper CDJR It surprised me how friendly my service provider was. His name is Jarett. He took care of the problems and didn’t try to find problems but solutions. Everyone was friendly and wanted to help. I will not be going anywhere else for service on my vehicles. Everyone should give them a try even if you might have to drive a bit further. More
