I loved working with Shottenkirk Prosper. I quite literally flew across the country to purchase my new Jeep Wrangler; the price was unbeatable. Everyone I interacted with -- from sales, to the gentlemen in finance (Dave and Leith), to management -- was a pleasure. My experience with David was great, however my experience with the financing department wasn’t great. I also asked for white, was told it was sold, and when I left, suddenly white was available to me. I didn with the financing department wasn’t great. I didn’t purchase a keep, as I was told my monthly payment would be around $1200, sat down to sign papers, and it was $1600. I was also told the maintenance package couldn’t be removed, when I know that’s not true. I didn’t purchase a jeep here, and am still looking. More
