went to see if there were any deals available for the Fourth of July, but I was unfortunately left feeling like the sales person tried his best not to sell. Here are some of the specific reasons why I Fourth of July, but I was unfortunately left feeling like the sales person tried his best not to sell. Here are some of the specific reasons why I was disappointed: -They allowed me drive it in the parking lot. - The salesperson had trouble finding the vehicle I saw on your website. I had to show him the listing on my cell phone. - The salesperson had zero knowledge of the vehicle's features. When I asked him about certain features. - Every time the sales person went back to get a printout, he was gone for a loooooong time. - When we asked him to show us the vehicle we liked, he said that someone had checked out the keys and he couldn't show it to us. However, the vehicle was right in front of the showroom and the doors were unlocked. Overall, I felt like the sales person was lacking in willingness to help me. I understand that mistakes happen, but I was very disappointed with the way we were treated. I was hoping to purchase a Jeep.. but after this experience.. nope. More

Please read entire review if you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Photos included. We came in to look at a 2023 RAM this evening that was listed online for $44,565 plus purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Photos included. We came in to look at a 2023 RAM this evening that was listed online for $44,565 plus TT&L, & doc fee. #1 - the dealer did not have the MSRP sticker on the vehicle which is I believe is required by law for new vehicles. My husband asked about pricing on the vehicle and referenced the online price which the sales rep said must be a different vehicle. He pulled up and showed him the listing and photos. He said oh that is the stock price not with the things we added to it. So then he proceeds to give my husband the attached quote adding on $14,275 in additional fees. My husband advised that the online listing said nothing about the vehicle listed and posted as having additional upgrade fees or equipment fees in addition to the advertised price. The rep told my husband all these fees were mandatory and could not be removed. I know this is not factual as my father worked in the car business for over 35 years before retiring in FL. Posting one price online and then literally adding the near exact amount in add ons to bring the price back to the MSRP is a deceptive advertising tactic especially when there’s no mention of these additional fees anywhere in the listing. Please see below photos to see the drastic price difference. I understand every business is out to make money - but this is why car dealerships and cars salesmen have bad reputations. Considering there are over 300 RAMs within 20 miles of this location as of today - I’m sure there are more ethical dealerships to work with. More
