I was charged $1,500. 00 for repairs that were incorrectly diagnosed and did not fix the problem. These people are straight up swindlers. 2023 Chrysler 300 had a $9,000 dealer discount but after driving to the dealership and waiting for an hour I These people are straight up swindlers. 2023 Chrysler 300 had a $9,000 dealer discount but after driving to the dealership and waiting for an hour I was told since there was a huge discount I HAD to purchase all the extra stuff, prime auto protection, window tint, door guards, low jack. What a scam and what a waste of my time. I read a ton of reviews about this dealership and was hesitant about going but I really liked that car so I thought I would go anyway, what a mistake. Not sure why this dealership offers a discount on a vehicle when there really isn’t one. I have bought many vehicles in my life and have never had a dealership tell me I have no choice but to purchase all the extras or no deal. More
Hi. I had a check engine light and my service rep let me know it could take three days to figure out what was wrong. In the meantime, there are no loaner cars and the deal at the Enterprise rental car turned out to be over $70 dollars a day as I needed to add another person since we are without my car. So far my expenses are $225 for the diagnostics, $460 for rental car. I leave for Kansas City on the 15th. I called late in the day today since I dropped the car off on Friday morning, I have heard nothing and don't know if anyone has started looking at the car. It has been two days without communication. This is not normal behavior from this dealership and Lacey who is on vacation was always good about keeping me posted. If somehow you can't fix the car in time for my move, can I drive it like it is to Kansas City (8 hour trip) and then get it repaired there? I hope to hear from someone on Monday. Thanks. More
