Customer care is great. However, the mechanics and engineers aren’t qualified to work on cars other than just a basic oil change. My AC is making loud noises and not blowing adequately and I was told that it is supposed to make a rattling noise and that the blower is blowing “good enough”. The dealership was like any other but worse. Service was friendly but the people working there are taught to be leaches. I will never go back to this dealership. I got my truck and had negative equity rolled over but they really put the lip stick on after. Lied about the truck details. It should be a crime with how bad they screwed me. I am paying 100 thousand for a vehicle that costs 48000. Probably lower due to the fact that it’s missing low Jack and bunch of accessories. They lied about the price online and the price in person. So in short I have a vehicle that I am paying 100 thousand for with 15 thousand negative equity. That is 63,000 which they upsold the vehicle to make a max profit. They tried to convince me they were helping me. Another lie. Never got a deal this bad and it falls on me but you are asking my impression here. Bottom line, this place will screw you and ask you to pay for the screwing plus tip. Then they walk up to you after the screwing and smile and tell you the sales person needs full reviews. I never got this screwed in my life. Good job on not explaining anything, distracting me so I would sign on the not agreed upon terms and making a fool out of me. More
