I am extremely disappointed with the service department. It was nearly impossible to get in touch with them. Every time I called, no one picked up the phone, and when I finally did get through after multipl It was nearly impossible to get in touch with them. They seemed completely uninterested in providing any real help or customer service. I expected much better communication and professionalism from a dealership of this size, but unfortunately, this service department failed on all fronts.
