Corey was a sharp guy that new his product and you could tell he was passionate about what he did. I had every intention of shopping around but he made me feel like I was home. This will be the first and last dealership I visit for any of my vehicles. I could see the foundation in my salespersons skills when I met his manager (Mike?) Who was equally passionate and skilled. As far as I'm concerned, Shottenkirk Chevrolet is a perfectly oiled machine and there's nothing I would change about how they do business. Thanks Guys! A+!!! More
Terrible service and they don't care about their customers I bought a 2006 Chrysler 300 limited edition from the shottenkirk chevy dealership in Quincy Il at the beginning of February 2015. Since 1 week and 3 I bought a 2006 Chrysler 300 limited edition from the shottenkirk chevy dealership in Quincy Il at the beginning of February 2015. Since 1 week and 3 days after we purchased the vehicle it had been in the shop to have the transmission fixed 3 times. The warranty is only for 100,000 miles and its pushing 94,000. So since we have given them 3 times to fix it we decided they should make it right since they sold us a junk car.....a $10,000 junk car I might add......going through this dealership has ultimately been the worst decision me and my husband have EVER made....my cars been in the shop over a 30 day period all together. I like Greg in the service department, no complaints with him he was very kind and HONEST!! After trying to contact everybody under the sun at that dealership to help us since our car is still not fixed, we got tired of no one returning our calls and hearing that no one was available to speak with us for several days in a row, we went there. When we got there this afternoon Tyler Jung seemed like he was trying to help us with our situation but we understood his hands were tied. Bob on the other hand could have done something about the situation. They brought two cars for us to look at that our bank would not loan on to replace our car and we had told them the banks guidelines as I had spoken with the President of our bank about the situation. Bob was extremely roude and really didn't seem to care and honestly acted like he was trying to get us out of there as fast as possible and acted like he just didn't want to deal with us at all and I don't appreciate that...then after all this told us he couldn't do anything. I told him i would be contacting an attorney as i had been advised to do and then, without saying a word, no "I'm sorry I can not help you, nor kiss my rear"....just turned and walked inside the dealership. Well shottenkirk, YOU LOST MY BUSINESS AND MY MOTHER IN LAWS which was getting ready to purchase a new truck from you.....I will never recommend ANY shottenkirk to anyone. We trusted y'all and you screwed us. The ones I don't have complaints about is Greg, Trina, Tyler, an older sales man that is tall and wears glasses, he almost always opens the door for me and is always a sweet heart.... maybe the other employees should take a lesson on CUSTOMER SERVICE from him, Tyler and Greg ( sorry sir I can't remember your name), and the lady at front desk I have no problem with. I do not appreciate the fact that you sold me a $10,000 lawn ornament. I honestly feel that they have no problems with taking your money and they beat feet to help you when your putting money in their pocket, but when you have an issue with something don't plan on them making it right because they'll just say there's nothing they can do because they've made their dollars and no longer care. More

Would never go there again We came here for a specific car. The customer service at our first visit was good at first. One problem I had was that we discussed having the car filled with gas and the salesman danced around the question, and then in the end did not deliver on that, which made us feel slighted. The biggest problem however was that I could not get the dealership to call us back about our loan's progress. I had to call three times to get the information I needed. We had no idea what was going on with our loan for the longest time, which was really frustrating. When I finally got them to call us back to say we had gotten the approval, then we never could get our salesman to talk to us again. I guess he was too busy to close the deal? We definitely didn't feel like we were a priority. Everything at closing went well enough. On our way home in the new vehicle, we noticed immediately the heat/cooling on the drivers side was not working properly. When we called the dealership, they basically told us too bad, so sad. Then we went to wash the vehicle, and only of the LT symbols came off, and appeared to have been glued on. Luckily the car seems to be sound mechanically other than that, but I would never buy from Shottenkirk again, even if they had the exact care we were looking for. More

The finance department has horrible customer service skills! They do not return calls, no follow through and are dishonest. My husband and I have bought 3 other vehicles from Shottenkirk Chevrolet and the finance department was outstanding, however the finance employees that we worked with are no longer employed there. We decided to purchase a vehicle from Heaton Chevrolet in Pittsfield, IL and the customer service there was outstanding! We spent less than an hour in Heaton Chevrolet and left with a new car! We will never purchase a vehicle from Shottenkirk Chevrolet again!!!! More

DO NOT BUY A CAR AT SHOTTENKIRK CHEVROLET QUINCY! They will screw you out of your money, and there cars are JUNK! We had drove a 2007 Chevy Monte Carlo SS (red) and the seats were broke. There were scratched everywhere on the inside and out! The when we got back, the man, started being rude and saying "Why'd you drive it if you don't like it?" When we didn't say we didn't like it! The they tried giving $3000 for my 2003 Chevy Monte Carlo SS (yellow)and i only had 150,000 miles on it! And we found one 3 years older, with more miles that sold for 11,900. And it wasn't a special race edition either! If you are going to buy a car there, blue book your car at: www.kbb.com! The employees that woked with me were great. They worked hard to find for me, what I was looking for. They showed me options that fit my strict budget and within a month found for me the vehicle I was looki hard to find for me, what I was looking for. In my opinion, the internet team at Shottenkirk has a very good new car purchasing process. They responded to my initial internet inquiry promptly, in the manner that I requested, and answered the speci very good new car purchasing process. They responded to my initial internet inquiry promptly, in the manner that I requested, and answered the specific questions that I asked. Other dealers that I contacted via the internet had customer service people respond to try and set up appointments instead of answering my questions the way I asked them to. I really liked the way they transitioned from internet communication to the personal contact at the dealership...except for the also plesant experience with Ken England on the paper work, I dealt with Gillon and Adam from the first email until I drove my new vehicle off the lot. More
