Dave Balke was the sales person that handled my vehicle review and gave useful knowledge about heavy duty versus the lighter type pickups. He was quick to highlight the additional features of the truck and attended to any noted abnormalities. During the discussions that followed, Dave was attentive to concerns that were highlighted and continued to allow the customer to elaborate and listen for their behalf. My husband and I stopped by Shottenkirk just to look around and maybe find a good deal on a used car. I hate shopping for a vehicle because I always feel pressured. Shottenkirk was the fourth dealer we around and maybe find a good deal on a used car. I hate shopping for a vehicle because I always feel pressured. Shottenkirk was the fourth dealer we had been to on that day. Travis was very helpful, wanted to know exactly what I was looking for so that I didn't waste my time looking at inventory that didn't match my needs/wants. He was not a pushy salesman, was very likeable and friendly. Justin was awesome in the finance department. Everyone made us feel very welcome from the time we stepped foot on the lot. I ended up going home with a new car that day. I will definitely recommend to friends and family to shop at Shottenkirk!!! More
