The gentlemen that greeted me was fabulous. However, the service provider inside was not welcoming, did not greet me, simply asked what I wanted and my last name. Said “I think we can do that.” However, the service provider inside was not welcoming, did not greet me, simply asked what I wanted and my last name. Said “I think we can do that.” And then walked away. In the end, he handed me the paper and said thank you. No discussion of the service. I just wish he could have been more engaging and communicated better. It didn’t feel welcoming or as though he wanted to keep my business. More

Breaks are still squeaking after brand new breaks put on front and back by dealership and also subsequent trip to dealership to have them look into the squeak. They said they cleaned breaks but they are st front and back by dealership and also subsequent trip to dealership to have them look into the squeak. I’ve never had this happen before in 40 years of multiple car ownership and multiple break replacement jobs. More
