My computer must have thought I had responded as I can’t find my earlier draft! If it went out, it was just a draft! Shottenkirk has cared for my Corvettes and when I experienced a nearly flat tire yest find my earlier draft! If it went out, it was just a draft! Shottenkirk has cared for my Corvettes and when I experienced a nearly flat tire yesterday on my C-7 I immediately stopped at a gas station and slightly overfilled the tire. I then headed directly to Shottenkirk. I arrived sometime after 3:00 PM and got immediate assistance from Service Advisor Dorrance. Based on my prior experiences with Shottenkirk, I was expecting good service. But I got outstanding service. They quickly found the puncture in my tire, patched it and had me safely back on the road before 4:30. And Dorrance gave me the culprit (a metal screw discovered by mechanic Rodriguez-Lelaya) as I was paying my bill. The cashier was also very friendly and helpful. They all really cared about giving great service!! I have always had good service there and I recommend Shottenkirk to family and friends. More
