I have used this dealer in the past for all repairs on my vehicle and have had pretty good luck. This last time was horrible. I did not receive any followup calls regarding diagnostics or what was wrong vehicle and have had pretty good luck. This last time was horrible. I did not receive any followup calls regarding diagnostics or what was wrong with the car. When I called to ask, I was told what was wrong but was quoted 2300 to go in and make sure that was what was wrong. I asked if they would be willing to buy the car from me. I was connected with Boomer. Boomer said to give him a few minutes and he would call me back with a quote. I never heard from Boomer. When I called back several days later, I was told Boomer is on vacation. They were able to connect me with Cory. Cory said the same thing, just give me a few minutes, I will call you back and let you know. We hung up the phone and I received a text not even 1 minute later that Shottenkirk was not interested in buying the car. The car is currently at Bob Brown, being fixed. I have had a much better experience with Bob Brown and they have earned my business. More

I got my SRX4 in to have services right away. I wanted to have my tires rotated but nothing on the note said it was done. Everything was checked and called promptly to pick it up.
