Took my sons Highlander in to have a diagnostic done on the transmission. They found nothing wrong. Drove it home, transmission fluid all over my driveway… big spot. Took it back and had them fix their mes the transmission. They found nothing wrong. Drove it home, transmission fluid all over my driveway… big spot. Took it back and had them fix their mess up, which they did. But I started with no problem, ended up with a problem, and had a dinner plate size spot on my driveway to clean up. Now, to be 100% fair, they refunded the diagnostic fee and did fix the issue, but I shouldn’t have had an issue to begin with. More

salesman was helpful. I am still waiting for corrected invoice for loan from finance. why finance didnt get the loan from green state our credit union is puzzling.
