Poor Customer Service - Told incorrect information about car Would not recommend buying a car from here. We had a great experience until we were told a lie about a feature on the car. The car was used and had tinted windows (that are very dark). We asked 2 different sales associates if the tint was legal and was told by both that it was. We went ahead and purchased the car and just to double check went and got the windows checked out. When they tested the windows they were at 3%!!! The legal tent in AL is 32% not even close. We were told that 3% is usually what limo windows are tinted. I called one of the sales associates that told us it was legal and he "spoke with the manager". He told me that they don't have a way to do tint there so there was no way they could fix it and that there are many places in Huntsville that could do it for me. So after purchasing a car from them we are now having to spend more money to get the windows retinted ourselves after being told we wouldn't have to because they were legal. I also spoke with a manager that told me that he wasn't taking responsibility for what HIS employees said and that they can pay out of pocket for it. I have worked in Customer Service over 10 years and as a previous manager if my employees quoted or told a customer incorrect information about a product/service/price I made sure that I took care of that customer to the best of my ability and didn't tell them I'm going to make the employee pay for it. All around the manager was very unprofessional, especially the way he was addressing me, and didn't even try to give options to take care of the issue. More
Great customer service at Jerry Damson I was searching for a used Subaru Outback and found 2 that I was interested on Cars.com. I called the number on the first one at Jerry Damson Acura. The guys there were so helpful and informative that I ended up driving 150 miles to purchase the vehicle there because of their customer service, vs. the other car which was just 25 miles away. These guys rock, they are super friendly, not pushy, good at communicating, and are genuinely interested in you as a customer. Thanks Corey and Nick!! I love my Subaru! More

Spoke to dealership regarding a 2008 Sequoia, went to my bank and arranged financing without ever seeing the truck. My bank looked at the NADA retail for their truck, which they were $3000 under and the NAD bank and arranged financing without ever seeing the truck. My bank looked at the NADA retail for their truck, which they were $3000 under and the NADA trade value for my car. The dealer immediately rejected the bank's loan amount. When I explained this to the dealer that the bank based the loan off NADA values for both vehicles, they very rudely said, "Well if you're going off of NADA prices (trade value) for your car then we are going off of NADA prices (retail value) for our truck. Huh? You're raising your price $3000? I'm going off of the bank's numbers. Bottom line is they were asking $28,900 for the vehicle. NADA trade value on my car is $11,000. Difference is $17,900. They wouldn't even accept my car and $21,000 which is giving them full price on theirs and taking $7900, $3,100 UNDER trade in value for my car, an Infiniti G35. It isn't as if I'm trading in a Yugo. The used car manager who called me was VERY rude during the whole process. I gave the bank the VINs off of both vehicles, including options and mileage and they gave me a loan amount ($21000) that seems more than reasonable, yet they apparently don't want my business so I will take it elsewhere. I still cannot believe how rude they treat their customers saying things like "Wasting my time" and "clearly we can't do business" and "Well then, I'm going to price mine at NADA value as well." More
I would not recommend taking your acura to this place, the advisor guy I dealt with was Richard Felch, He was cocky and arrogant. He came across as a over achieving "know it all" kind of guy, He did not keep me posted on my vehicle status, I had to call to find out when I could pick it up, not only that, they did not even fix the problem that I brought it in for, when I called him back he had a whatever attitude with me, I would not recommend bringing your vehicle to this place if you need a repair on your acura, and I would definitely not recommend Richard Felch either, I will be taking my 4 acuras and my $$$$$ elsewhere. Beware. More

The salesmanager Josh repeatedly lied to me. And changed the deal over and over. I went ahead and bought the car because my wife wanted it. I only wish they would send me the survey for I could tell the whole story. We love the acura, I guess we will have to travel further to get our next one. More
