Kid friendly and good service I took my car in on Saturday at 8am for service. I brought my one year old with me and the service took about an hour and a half. One salesman approached me as my son was playing in one of the show cars. Instead of being pushy he gave my son a toy car and helped me create an informal game plan for the road to my next car. The dealership was willing to break up my 30K Mile Major Service into two visits to make it more affordable for me. Hands down best customer service at a car dealership that I have ever visited. Unexpected, great experience I purchased a used vehicle from Shortline Automotive. I drove it home and then went out of town the next morning. After several days, I finally had a I purchased a used vehicle from Shortline Automotive. I drove it home and then went out of town the next morning. After several days, I finally had a chance to drive it around and noticed there were a couple of things not working. I had declined the warranty, but I called the salesman (Steve) at the dealership anyway in hopes they would stand behind the product they had sold. To my surprise, not only did they offer to fix the problems, but did so without any need for ‘convincing’ on my part. They’re service department was courteous and professional. Their performance greatly exceeded my expectations! In my opinion, they did the right by saying Yes, as opposed to the easy thing (saying No). They were under no obligation to to repair the vehicle after I signed the contract, but they did anyway. You don’t see this behavior in business much these days. Shortline stepped up because they stand behind what they sell. As a consumer, I am overly satisfied with my vehicle buying experience with Shortline Automotive. More
