Quick and painless! It was only an hour to service my vehicle. I got the oil change for free which was absolutely fantastic and the recall was a simple software update. The staff was very nice and there was free coffee and water as well as a clean waiting area. They were fast, had time to clean my car, and topped off my fluids too! I only have one complaint, and that is that the “regular maintenance required” message keeps popping up. I’m sure it’s an easy fix. They did a great job. I would recommend them! More

Good Customer Service I took car in for oil change. I had a 10:30 appt. ( I got there a little early ) My car was taken back shortly and I was out of there by 10:45 .I rece I took car in for oil change. I had a 10:30 appt. The oil change and tire rotation seemed to take a lot longer I think some of the people need to brush up on their public relations skills. Keep a constant communication with the customer by giving updates on the status of the work being done on the car. It was pretty busy when I was there, however, Joe Cortez was excellent. Initially, I spoke with another service rep and she was not friendly at all. I felt like she thought I was bothering her. More
