The dealership advertises one price on their website, and a completely different price on Craigslist, the lower of the two (Craigslist price) they do not want to sell the car for. Getting a response from Jacob or Eric takes an eternity; Eric says he'll call you right back, then leaves for the day, Jacob says he'll find out the pricing issue and get back to you, which somehow takes 30 hours. The "incorrect" Craigslist price, has been advertised on five separate occasions, none of them "fixed" or deleted after being questioned. After looking further, the same car, but with just over 100,000 miles (Suss' had 94,000) was for sale in the same Denver area for $3600, compared to Suss' $6481 (Craigslist price of $5981). More
I bought my 2007 Lucerne CXS in July of 2007. I was treated with respect and fairness. At the time that did not seem so extraordinary so I did not bother with a review. This week I brought my car in for a suspension problem.It was repaired in a prompt fashion and again with respect and fairness.The price was extremely fair as well.I owned and operated an auto repair business for 36 years so I feel strongly about customer service and honesty. THESE GUYS ARE FIRST RATE! More

I have been going to SUSS since I moved to Denver in 2008. They welcomed me as if I purchased my Acadia from them. Honestly, great price, really nice man, Cliff, not a smarmy salesman type. It just went perfectly and we got the cat at 2500 less than book. Our next car will definitely be purchased there. After trying to buy a car at several local dealerships and getting getting treated like some stupid kid. I went online and found the car I wanted at SUSS for a great price. It was almost 4,000.00 lower th and getting getting treated like some stupid kid. I went online and found the car I wanted at SUSS for a great price. It was almost 4,000.00 lower than other dealerships wanted, and since I already owned another pontiac they knocked off another 1000.00. And it didn't even matter that my other pontiac was 40 years old, all I needed was a current registration. The sales person was very respectful and she even wished me a happy birthday when she noticed the date on my license. I found their entire staff to be very friendly and helpful. With little to no pressure at all, they were all very laid back. They even gave me directions to get back home so I could avoid Denver traffic. Some of my local dealerships could learn a lesson in how to treat people right from the sales people at SUSS. More
Very bad company to deal with. I was so stupid for having bought a car there. I was overcharged, treated rudely given terrible service. The discount was great, only because GM makes them give it to GM suppliers. The problem came when we started to discuss my trade and that's where the supplier discount went right down the drain. They offered me $7K less than trade-in value on a vehicle with only 30k miles on it, which wipes out the discount plus GM rebate. I can only imagine what they are doing to the general public who doesn't get this type of discount. By the way, did I say run, don't walk from these guys<br> More
I took my car in for Warranty-covered work. The service rep was friendly when I dropped off my car on Friday evening. When Monday afternoon came and I had no phone call, I proceeded to call to check on the status of the work. The rep told me she would check on it and call me back. 1 1/2 hours later with no call, I called again. She said they would look at it on Tuesday and get back to me. When I didn't get a call again by Tuesday afternoon, I called to check on the status of the work and was told they would have to get parts and it should be done Wednesday. Wednesday evening I was told they would have to overnight the part and it should be done Thursday. My car was there and sat until Wednesday before being looked at. Ridiculous. More
