Car salesmen are people too! I recently landed at Suss with my sister (a very recent widow). She was super nervous as she had never had to purchase a car on her own. Full well knowing we were probably going to be the pain in the butt customers with a gazzillion questions. We must have driven over a dozen used cars and Larry never once acted like he had better things to do. We finally landed on the right car thanks to Larry keeping up with the barrage of questions. He did it because he cared. He found her the right car! Respect the people that are trying to actually help YOU! Thank you Larry for your professionalism and understanding. I hope you sell a ton of cars this week. Rather I hope you help many others as you did us. More

My sister and I were dete I just want to take this time to thank Charles Adams and Steve Cantrell for the MOST WONDERFUL customer service experience! My sister and I were determined to drive away from the dealership in a new car, and not only did we drive away in one...but two! Charles was patient, kind and the coolest sales person ever! (I LOVED his socks!) Steve Cantrell took the time to walk me through every aspect of my car and answered every question I had. Not only did he have incredible knowledge of the car, but prior to us visiting the lot I had submitted a request for help in choosing a car and Steve did so right away! The sales dept was nice and helpful and getting me the the truck I needed. The finance dept was horrible.I am a business owner with alot on my credit. But still having around a 680 credit score the deal w the truck I needed. The finance dept was horrible.I am a business owner with alot on my credit. But still having around a 680 credit score the deal was to put 12500 down on a new 2500 with a 52k price tag . They were very rude in telling me "we can't help you" They didn't even come back with other options .very rude and unprofessional people. Walked right over to for and purchased a new f250 platium for 65k at 2.9% interest with no issues. You all need to get better finance people suss. You just lost all my fleet business to ford More

I cannot begin to express how wonderful the people are at Suss Buick GMC. They always go above and beyond the call of duty whether I am there for a routine oil change or other automotive needs. They are friendly and have consistently provided service that was not only consistently completed sooner than they estimated but the cost estimate is consistently spot on or less than they estimated. I love how they return my car washed after each visit, what a wonderful touch of excellence. These folks are obviously working hard to maintain a reputation of excellence and integrity. Too often you run into people who are marking time but not really committed to working to earn their paycheck that is not the case at Suss Buick GMC they care about their customers and it shows in all the little details that they provide, like coffee and tea for the customers who are waiting, loaner vehicles for those who cannot wait and in addition to all that they provide superior service. I have never had to bring my car back because the problem was not fixed. What a pleasure to find folks who care about what they are doing and care enough to excel. I won't go anywhere else. More
I contacted Suss from out of state about a vehicle I was interested in. Fred handled my call and did a great job. He was cordial, knowledgeable, and either answered my questions directly or found the answer interested in. Fred handled my call and did a great job. I made an offer to Fred for a vehicle. The offer was not accepted but was countered with an offer of $500 off. Since I had been searching for this vehicle for a while, I was ready to pull the trigger on the counter offer. I asked Fred for the price with $500 off and I was returned a price ~$2000 MORE than the price advertised on Suss' own website. I asked him why the prices didn't match and he said that was the price on his 'sheet'. He looked into it and contacted a manager. Apparently the advertised price on their own website (www.suss.net) was wrong and they would not honor the advertised price. Quite a disappointment for a vehicle I was truly interested in. Seems like a bait and switch, poor form. More

Excellent experience at Suss used cars! I purchased a 2008 Toyota Sienna as is (accept with any problems in may have). I could not get my mechanic to check out the car until after I purchased it and Fre 2008 Toyota Sienna as is (accept with any problems in may have). I could not get my mechanic to check out the car until after I purchased it and Fred said that if he found any problems they would take care of it. We've all heard that before right? It turns out that the spare tire was missing and the front windshield had not been sealed correctly. When I called them back and told them about this, they took care of it at no charge as promised! Very nice to deal with a dealership that stands behind its used cars. I would highly recommend the Suss Buick dealership in Aurora for any used car purchase! More
