I live 3 hours from the dealership and ultimately purchased the used vehicle after several correspondences from the salesman and a virtual walk-around. The car was as promised. So far I say no stars. Truck was coming in 3 weeks ago. We put our money down, they cashed the check. Nothing was to be turned into for financing until we received our new truck. No truck. They will not even call us back anymore. They will not allow us to buy another truck because they turned in false paper work. Run with your money and don't look back. Finance dept promised it would not be submitted until we received the truck. Trying to figure who to turn them into. More
DON’T TRUST THEM - Found a vehicle online. I’m in AZ and flew up to get it. Found that they had burned the clear coat with their buffing (needs to be repainted) and they said it was all checked out ahead of flew up to get it. Come to find out, the GPS and Nav didn’t work, the wireless charger for the phone didn’t work, nor did the rear entertainment screen. Things that should have been fixed BEFORE my arrival. They weren’t willing to negotiate at first and then decided to take $1000 off the vehicle but it needs $2000 in paint and who knows about the other issues. After I express my disappointment and how they wasted my money on a flight and my time, my salesman Tom, proceeds to tell me how much of his time has been wasted...ummm what? That’s your day job, not mine. He tried to pass off the burnt clear coat haze, “It will come out later, and you can’t see it in the sun.” Needless to say they were not truthful, they were not fair, and I wasted a ton of time. Don’t bother with this dealership. Buyer beware! More

We went in stating we had financing at a low rate and let them know if they found something LOWER that we could discuss that opportunity if something came up. Find out 2 days later after not hearing a single thing we got an email stating our account was set up with a different lender, we called to ask what the deal was but they stated that the paper work was already turned in and there was nothing they could do, and we would have to wait until we could refinance to what we wanted in a few months (well thank you for wasting my time and money to make me solve your mistake). We have no idea what the terms or conditions are we never agreed to use that company and we couldn't be more irritated that they would go behind our back so they could make some extra money by going with the company they wanted! I couldn't be more disappointed as a first time buyer. Update - The manager of the dealership called to apologize, he stated he would take care of us at the 5,000 mile marker so I will update after that happens. More

The salesman took advantage of me knowing that I was a first time buyer by telling me the car ha In 2013 I purchased my first car on my own from Suss. The salesman took advantage of me knowing that I was a first time buyer by telling me the car had a clean CarFax but not showing me a copy. We just tried trading the vehicle in at a dealership and found out the car had been involved in two accidents and the odometer had been rolled back, making the vehicle valueless to any honest dealer. We were unable to purchase our new vehicle because Suss was so dishonest to us four years ago. More

They didn't have it, so we scanned the prices, and found something that matched on price. Well, I'll take a look at it. Turned out that it fit the bill for what I needed, but thought I couldn't get. So then I started looking for that vehicle. Found it, but it wasn't with Suss, whom I had always heard good things about. So although I didn't purchase from Suss, I would still recommend you see what they have and talk to Maurice, or his partner Rocco. More
