We received a mailer with an amount for possible trade in on my Jeep Liberty. We became on their mailing list after we had some recall work done on the Jeep. We were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff during that visit, and when we received the mailer, we decided to go in and take a look. I called in and spoke with Nick Garcia for a few minutes and made an appointment to come in a few days later. We met with and talked with him for a few minutes, he took our information, and while our Jeep was being checked out, Brad Ramos showed us around the lot. We were interested in looking at Dodge Darts; Brad was extremely knowledgeable with this particular car. While my husband and I both test drove a 2014 Dart, Brad explained all the features that he didn't previously go over on the lot. We were highly satisfied with our visit, drove home with a brand new car, and didn't feel pressured at any point. The entire staff at Shively's of Shippensburg was professional and friendly and definitely have our recommendation of buying a vehicle there. More
