Mr Banks, I told you multiple times that I'm not the Service Manager and to go home and our Service Manager would call you the next day when he was in to discuss your bill and work performed. When you then referred to us as "Shady People" I did ask you to leave because that is not acceptable. We help hundreds of customers per day with their automotive needs and we're an award winning dealership multiple years in a row, not "Shady People" Also, our testing that you refused to pay for, showed both batteries and charging system is in working order, so make sure you don't have any devices plugged in that could drain your battery. Thanks

You're upset over being called shady. Perhaps if your actions at the location weren't so shady you wouldn't be called that. Furthermore, I never received any call from anyone the following day, and to your "point", when I called in multiple times I spoke with a Tracy who can confirm the number of times I called. I asked to speak with a sales manager numerous times and eventually left a message because I was at work. I called when I got home and spoke with a guy who specifically stated that he's not sure why I was told to call a sales manager when the issue had nothing to do with sales whatsoever. So explain that one away. You never passed along any information to have me get a return call, and the person (or people) you told me to speak with aren't even relevant to the topic of discussion. Also, AAA has shown on multiple occasions that my battery is dead, completely dead. And specifically told me to tell yall. Yet every time I come in there's "No issues". Well then why does my Jeep keep having these apparent nonexistent issues? Why would I make it up? Lastly, refused to pay? Laughable at best. I said I could leave because I had my other keys, then came back and asked about it. You told me to leave. That's on you. And when I called the next day I was told not to worry about the pay. So the fact that you try to make it like I refused is an absolute joke. Anything else you'd like to share?

Oh, and do tell why it is that I was never charged for this same thing the other handful of times I had it in there, but magically there was a charge this time, unlike with my battery, I'll wait.
