I was not made aware of charges before work was done and I was not told I had a bill when they called me and told me it was done. They just told me what they did. Evan being management causes me great concern when he can make comments taking down about another employee straight to a customer. I’m usually satisfied with my experience but not this time.I had my Jeep in for Inspection on July 30th and ladled them to check my right rear passenger side Tire since I kept loosing Air.Apparently that time.I had my Jeep in for Inspection on July 30th and ladled them to check my right rear passenger side Tire since I kept loosing Air.Apparently that was not doneI had to put Air in my Tire that same day.Today I returned and asked them again to check my Tire ,since the Pressure was again at 23 instead of 35.This time they apparently found a screw in my Tire and it cost me $ 36 to get it fixed.I didn’t mind paying to get it fixed but it could have been done when I asked them the first time.iI was told that the pressure gauge would reset itself after I started driving my Vehicle but it did not and Pressure gauche only shows 29 and it still says Tire low ,Pressure should be 35. More
