I was also skeptical because Maita Subaru was pushy/full of pressure and I was lied to regarding the vehicle the availability of manual transmissions. At Shingle Springs there was no pushing; we were taken straight to the vehicles we were interested in, test drove, able to discuss numbers based on verbal information and allowed time to discuss with out seller pressure. Agreed to credit check to get live numbers and allowed more time to discuss without pressure. All questioned were answered effectively. Process was fast and efficient. No games, no BS and no lies. Poor service I contacted the dealership about purchasing a vehicle and was told they didn't have it but could order it. I was told I would need to put a deposit do I contacted the dealership about purchasing a vehicle and was told they didn't have it but could order it. I was told I would need to put a deposit down so I left my credit card number. I was told that they would call me back in about 15 minutes to confirm the vehicle was available and they would charge my card. I waited and did not hear back so called 4 hours later. I was told they were busy and would call me the next morning. The next day went by n I still didn't hear from them. I called again and left a message with the receptionist. Still haven't heard back. I am unimpressed with their "family" run business. More
