Tim made sure we got the car we wanted (came from Modesto) and the whole buying experience was low key and very enjoyable. Everyone, Tim, Todd,and Claire made the purchase easy. Claire Barnett was great, we spent more time with her than it took to sign papers for the car, she showed all the tech features of the car and the basics too. More dealers should have a Claire. Brett Brophy did a good job explaining our lease package with maintenance program (something on our last purchase was not done). Great experience working with all these guys. More

I had done a lot of research on how much my trade-in was worth, and how much my Subaru should cost. M salesman fairly negotiated and actually got my new car down lower than expected and my trade-in exactly what it was worth. Our salesman was Randy. They have a designated young woman who goes over the car's features (more than I will ever need) and she is exceptional. Great Dealership, I would purchase another car from them in a heartbeat. More

Drive Up to Shingle Springs - Exceptional Sales + Service Salesperson Tim Gonzales, Finance person Brett Brophy, and Claire Barnett deliver on exceptional customer service. The Subaru brand is well respected Salesperson Tim Gonzales, Finance person Brett Brophy, and Claire Barnett deliver on exceptional customer service. The Subaru brand is well respected, but it is the local purchasing and service experience which shapes a customer's personal view. Tim, Brett and Claire represent Subaru commendably. Tim was upfront and direct in negotiations, then provided clear status on the order of our Outback 3.6. Brett walked us through the financials efficiently and coherently. The final hand-off of our car was by Claire Barnett. She introduced us to all the fancy enhancements with practical and patient instruction. She's a millennial with all the expertise, and none of the attitude. We made the drive from Davis where other dealerships are closer, but found the extra time and effort was well worth it in the exchange for great customer service. I researched thoroughly on the internet and received many emails and phone calls from other dealers; however, I decided to get my new car from Shingle Springs Subaru because of the professionalism shown to me by Jeff Tallent, the no-haggle cost which was the best or same price as other dealers in the area, and the fact that it is local. Jeff was patient in providing me all the options while not trying to upsell me on those features that I didn't need and would only increase the cost of the car.There was no pressure to "buy now" and I came to the dealer 3 times before settling on the right one for me. They also had many used Subarus which I considered as well. I would thoroughly recommend this dealership and Jeff Tallent if you are considering a Subaru. More
Went looking....bought a car I was not expecting to buy a car when I went to the Subaru dealership, I was planning on buying later in the year so I just wanted to do some test dri I was not expecting to buy a car when I went to the Subaru dealership, I was planning on buying later in the year so I just wanted to do some test driving, but after finding a car I liked and getting a great deal I decided to buy it. I was surprised that for all the test drives they let you go out by yourself without the salesperson, go wherever and take as long as needed. This way you could really get a feel for the car by yourself and you could freely chat with your family about the car. All the employees were very helpful, answering my many questions, especially Aaron Turner & Brett Brophy, and they were not pushy. Overall I had a positive car buying experience and I'm happy with my new Outback! More
