When we showed up for the car we agreed on, that particular one was sold, so we were given same exact car but with 400-500 in upgrades at no extra cost and ....even that agreed upon price was lowered $80. Product knowledge and customer service is very visible and my wife and I enjoyed doing business with such good people. Recall and gas tank door fix Went here today to have my gas tank door looked at because it wouldn't close and to have the current recall for my Legacy fixed. Found out that the door wouldn't close because the cable came loose, nothing worse than that...and I was prepared to have to bring the car back to have a major fix done. Mason in the service department took care of me today with no charges and had me in and out with both services in about an hour. I can't tell everyone enough that this is the best place to go for service and for car buying. Everyone here is so nice and makes the effort to get to know you by name. I drive up from downtown Sacramento just to have my car serviced here because it's such a pleasant experience every time. And, this is the 3rd car that has been purchased here, between me and my family....I recommend Shingle Springs Subaru for service and for car buying to everyone wanting a hassle-free and pleasurable experience. Our salesperson, Ken Hall was extremely helpful and very low key. He helped us select the right vehicle and reserved one for us that was en route to the dealership. When it arrived he went through the entire vehicle front to back and took us for a drive explaining all the features. After he was done Claire Barnett spent almost an hour going over all the technical aspects of the vehicle and getting our phones connected. She's extremely knowledgeable and is able to explain all the technology in an easy to understand manner. We've also had excellent service over the years from this dealership and that's another reason we decided to make our purchase here. More
