They are 100 percent honest and never try to play games on what repairs that need fixing. There customer service is the Best! They drive me and a friend to Placerville, about 15 miles up the road, so we can shop and have lunch, and pick us up when the car is ready to go. The customer service area is very clean, plenty of chairs, magazines, bathrooms, coffee, ...the works! Because I am now an older lady and having a reliable vehicle is paramount to me driving mostly alone, they make sure my car is up to par and SAFE! Not be from the area, driving into the lot asking where to locate Jeff and then having people call him and my new car warming up as I drove to park. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone, from Claire, Jeff and Todd. Love having Claire go over all the features, I have never had that happen any other place. Jeff kept in touch with e during the whole time, from day one, until the car came in and until the weather broke that we could get over the mountain. We were treated like family/friends, again never had that experience before. We would again travel the extra miles to be treated like family. We can't say enough on how this went down, everyone should shop there for a Subaru. I have passed the word and will continue. More
