2015 Subaru Impreza w/ some problems. Shingle Springs Subaru is awesome! Bought a 2015 Impreza and 4 days later noticed a huge dent in the rocker panel. Emailed with no response...doesn't sound so great but keep reading. We noticed about a month later the front tires had uneven wear and the car pulled hard to the right...keep reading 😊 We took the car in for alignment under warranty and when the report came back it stated someone must have hit something on the right side to make the alignment that far off and tires were showing secondary rubber. I showed Mason the service tech my original email which got no response. After a few emails and phone calls I talked to Bryant (GM). He had my car rechecked for any issues, sent over to a local body shop to fix the dent and replaced the tires! I was originally very distraught when we discovered the issues because we saved a long time to pay cash for the car but Shingle Springs Subaru made everything right. They even gave us a fully loaded loaner car at no charge! We would highly recommend Shingle Springs to buy your next new or used car. The purchase process was nice, no pressure. They have an awesome coffee machine, tv and nice kids area for service appointments. More
