Felt Like This Was How It Was Supposed to Work. I hadn't shopped for a car for nearly 20 years. I had driven through many lots over several weeks looking for what would interest me. Salespeople mostly stayed inside where it was warm. Kyle came outside in the cold on Friday, showed me some cars, compared them, and asked the questions that led me to select our Terrain Denali AWD. I came with my wife on Saturday to test drive and choose. We came back on Monday morning at 10:30, signed some paperwork with Teresa's help, and drove our Terrain Denali home a little after noon. Kyle and Teresa are good people. Couldn't have done it without them! More

Great small town values I talked to mark a couple of weeks ago. I walked in and asked for him and Kyle told me he was not there. Rick / the Boss came over and gave me the deal I could not refuse. Then came the wife approval the next day. Rick sweetened the deal more for her so we bought the car. Thank guys you all are great.
