I HAD A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH MY SALES AGENT, TERRY, AKA, "TNT'...AND SPOKE TO GREGG SHIELDS, WHO I HAVE KNOWN FOR SEVERAL YEARS..HE IS A GOOD GUY TO KNOW...I HAVE USUALLY HAD MY CHEVY SERVICWED TERRY, AKA, "TNT'...AND SPOKE TO GREGG SHIELDS, WHO I HAVE KNOWN FOR SEVERAL YEARS..HE IS A GOOD GUY TO KNOW...I HAVE USUALLY HAD MY CHEVY SERVICWED UP AT SHIELDS IN PAXTON, BUT SAW THIS BEAUTIFUL CHEVY IMPALA LT HERE IN RANTOUL, AND PURCHASED IT...IT IS A 2010, BUT LOOKS LIKE A NEW CAR!!!...AND IT HAS THINGS ABOUT THE INSTRUMENTATIONS, WHICH I AM STILL DISCOVERING, AND LOOKING UP TO SEE HOW IT OPERATES IN THE CAR'S MANUAL...SO MANY NEW THINGS TO LEARN COMPARED TO MY OLD CHEVY... What an amazing experience! I had never felt so respected nor allowed to consider all other options so openly and freely before this week of compassion with the Shields Team in I had never felt so respected nor allowed to consider all other options so openly and freely before this week of compassion with the Shields Team in Rantoul, and they even suggested a specific establishment as honest competition.
