BA BAD SERVICE 1 star because there's not an option to leave 0 stars! They promise you the world when you purchase the vehicle, the problem is the service after the purchase, ohh wait , there was no service Just terrible, I made an appointment, dropped off my promaster 730 am said it will be done by end of day, by 7 pm no one has called me so i called them, 5 people 3 messages no one was able to tell me any thing about the van. By 830 pm i was at the counter to find out what is happening. Well it turns out no one has even looked at it. WOW, this is a cargo van used for business not pleasure rides, every day van sits we loose money.Got the van and left. Shame on you sherman dodge shame shame, i will never ever buy anything from you guys and i will make sure no one that i know will either I hope every one reads this because im not the only one More

Marco arranged a loaner for us, and as promised the hitch and accessories were installed with time to spare. A couple of program updates were installed for the power train while we were in! STAY AWAY Stay away form SHERMAN and stay away from CHRYSLER! I purchased a new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Sherman in October 2013. After the fir Stay away form SHERMAN and stay away from CHRYSLER! I purchased a new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Sherman in October 2013. After the first three months of owning the car things took a turn for the worse. I have owned my car for less than one year and it has fewer than 8,000 miles on it and it has been in the repair show between 8-9 times. It has had the transmission "updated" several times, the radio replaced, the rear hatch replaced, there is a constant vibration noise from behind the dashboard, I have never experienced such poor quality control in a new vehicle ever. To make things worse, Sherman's service department makes each trip in for service that much worse. Each time I am in I have to fight to get a rental car despite them often having to keep my car over night. They act as if I am inconveniencing them yet I am the one missing work to bring my brand new car in for service driving an hour each way. Several times I have had to bring the car in after making an apointmenet telling them whats wrong for them to look at the problem and say, "oh we dont have the parts, you will have to bring it back", requiring another trip to their wonderful service department. When I had the car in the have the reach latch replaced, as it broke and would not close (yes I had to use clothesline wire to tie my latch down for over a week because Sherman could not fix it and then had to order parts for it twice). Then I got a phone call that my vehicle was ready to be picked up and if I didnt picked it up that day I would be charged for the rental car the next day. So I head up to Sherman that evening to pick up my car and it they try to give it back to me with the plastic inside of the rear hatch hanging loose, the flashlight in the rear hatch area and its housing pulled out with the wires exposed, and dirty paper towels thrown in my rear hatch!!! Who turns over a car that has just been serviced to a customer like this, SHERMAN DODGE does!! Despite my repeated attempts to remedy the situation with management and Chrysler Corporate I find myself stuck with the same terrible vehicle which I am sure will continue to give me problems the longer I own it. They only solutions Sherman has offered is for me to come out of pocket even more money and buy a new car, what scammers!! More

This is the worst dealership ever. We had bought a car with the promise of having the paint job on the bumper fixed. We were promised a free rental car. We ended up bringing it back and not only did they not do it correctly but they charged us 100 as well on top of having to pay for a rental a second time. Stay away from this dealership. THEY ARE THE WORST. I will never buy another vehicle from them. We will definitely be going to another dealership when we buy a second Jeep in the fall. More

They were extremely busy but they did not rush me and fit me in.They explained everything they were going to ch service call without an appointment. My wife bought our vehicle here, and walked in telling them what she wanted, and how much she would pay. That is the only good thing that went our way at Sherman dodge. A few days later we were driving I stepped hard on the brakes in an emergency situation and the vehicle stalled. We took the vehicle in for service and they would not cover a rental vehicle and said they vehicle did not do the same thing when they tested it. The next time I drove it, it did the same thing. We normally take our vehicle to Jiffy Lube to get the oil changed. And I routinely check the oil and level, and make sure everything is in order under the hood (when my wife brings it home form JL). Well about 2 months after one of our oil changes, I popped the hood to top off the washer fluid, and noticed the brake cylinder resevoir cap was loose. I took the vehicle in for service and was treated absolutely horrendously by the Service writer and Manager. I told him I was a mechanic and his reply was "yeah where are you a mechanic?". I told the service writie I had checked the cap before and then when I popped the hood this time it was just sitting loose, he got all bent out of shape and first asked where we had the oil changed last and when he heard it was Jiffy Lube, he automatically assumed it was them. When I told him I check everything after an oil change, he was extremely rude and argumentative to the point of saying it was impossible for it to just come loose. I actually had to do the Service Manager's job and tell the service writer the best way to handle the situation would have been to just say "ok, we'll take a look at it", he laughed and agreed. More
