They scammed on oil consumption test. After first 1500 miles of the test they told me that the oil level is good. I know it was not good , they added oil and tried to screw me. I have dodge city promaster 2018. It burns a quarter of oil ( 32 once) every 800 miles you drive. This van has only 47600 miles.I had the same van 2016 which i traded in 2018. Bouth vans has the same oil burning issues. Recall w80 More

If I could give this dealership / service department 0 stars I would. Bought a car and within the first 7 days of having it the check engine light came on. . Had to call everyday to get an update and when I did call I was on hold for 20+ min and would get transferred multiple times and nobody could give me an answer. They told me the warranty was not covering it. The dealership took 2 weeks to decide that they would indeed cover this and fix it.. No loaner cars / rental cars. Pick the car up after I had to call multiple times to ask if it was ready and within 2 days the check engine light came back on. Same problems. More
