I told them my price range but was brought a higher car then what my price range was but I also was told I can get on a split payment plan “the smart plan” is what it’s called. When it was time to pay the note the leaser told me there was no such thing. So I’m stuck with an expensive note, within 7days I tried to return the vehicle for a lower interest rate they told me I couldn’t. My navigation system never worked,I should’ve checked the night I got the car. My bumper was detached or something I was told they can fix it but the supervisor for sales never answers his phone. 6months later my alternator goes bad remind you my car is a 2016, they can’t fix it because my warranty doesn’t cover it. It’s a new car I shouldn’t have this problem. First car & I’ve learned my do’s and don’t for my next car and it won’t be from here. More

Recent Purchase Compass I was able to go in and get all my paperwork done. The online finance application provided easier processing for all paperwork. Though I wanted a much I was able to go in and get all my paperwork done. The online finance application provided easier processing for all paperwork. Though I wanted a much more expensive model, the salesman put financial options for me. When considering returning at a later time to pay off my vehicle, the finance officer was able to work things out to get a payment closer to what I was comfortable with. I was in and out in just over two hours which is the quickest I have ever experienced with a dealership. My 2019 Jeep Compass has all I need beyond a spare tire which is not the biggest concern. I am still happy with my purchase. More
